  • Not at all. Private sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, the session will be adapted to your experience level and goals.

  • Private yoga can support mobility, posture, and strength while working at a pace that respects your body. If you are dealing with an injury or medical condition, we can adapt the session accordingly.

  • Private sessions allow the practice to be fully tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Rather than following a set sequence like in a group class, we take time to understand what you need that day and adapt the session accordingly.

    Depending on your goals, sessions may include mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and techniques that support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

    When appropriate, sessions can also integrate Reiki energy work and sound healing to support deeper relaxation and balance.

    This personalized approach creates space not only for physical movement, but also for a more holistic experience that supports both body and mind.

  • At the moment sessions are not covered under insurance benefits. However, many clients choose to book the 4-session package which offers a reduced rate per session.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended. Yoga mats and props are available at the clinic, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
