For the past three years, I’ve been guiding students through yoga with the belief that movement is a pathway to freedom in the body, mind, and spirit. I’m certified by Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa yoga, Prenatal yoga, and Reiki, and I bring a gentle but energizing approach to every class.
Beyond the mat, I’m an adventurer at heart. You’ll find me skiing down snowy slopes, dancing with a hoop, or exploring new ways to move and express myself. My classes reflect that same spirit playful, creative, and grounded in the joy of living fully.

Each class blends mindful movement, breath work, and thoughtful alignment to leave you feeling balanced, energized, and at ease.

Group Classes
Grow in community. My group classes are designed to welcome every level, from first-timers to seasoned yogis. Together, we’ll flow through sequences that are both grounding and uplifting, encouraging you to connect not just with your body, but with the collective energy of the group. These classes are lighthearted, inclusive, and built on the idea that we all support each other’s journey.
Group classes are a great way to share movement and inspiration, while still challenging yourself at your own pace.
Prenatal Yoga
Gentle, nurturing, and supportive. Prenatal classes are designed to help expecting mothers feel strong, comfortable, and connected throughout pregnancy. With a focus on safe movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, each session supports both body and mind while preparing for birth.
Reiki Sessions
Find calm and restoration through energy healing. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) practice that helps release stress, balance energy, and invite a sense of deep relaxation. It’s a beautiful complement to yoga or a standalone practice for anyone seeking stillness and renewal.
